MORSE RUNNER CW contest pile-up trainer for Android

Terms of Use

Effective date: August 3, 2026 · Applies to the Android application “Morse Runner” (package name com.morserunner), published by UR6IMF.

1. WHAT THE APP IS

Morse Runner is an offline training simulator for amateur-radio CW (Morse code) contest operation. It simulates radio traffic locally on your device; it does not transmit or receive real radio signals and is not connected to any radio service.

2. LICENSE

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app on Android devices that you own or control, for personal, non-commercial training purposes, in accordance with these terms and with Google Play's terms of service.

3. ACCEPTABLE USE

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, resell, or redistribute the app except to the extent permitted by applicable law, and you may not use the app in any unlawful way.

4. NO WARRANTY

The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Training results are not guaranteed — contest skill still takes practice on the air.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UR6IMF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The app, its code, and its visual design are the property of the publisher. The concept is inspired by the classic desktop Morse Runner by Alex Shovkoplyas, VE3NEA; this Android app is an independent implementation.

7. CHANGES

We may update these terms for future versions of the app. The current version of the terms is always available on this page, with its effective date shown above.
